Because each TEN Hair Care product is carefully handcrafted made to order, the deadline for all orders must be placed before Sunday 10 pm ET/7 pm PDT in order to be processed and shipped within the estimated delivery.

TEN Hair Care product sales are final and may not be returned, exchanged, or refunded. We do not returns or exchange. Any goods that are damaged will be replaced By David Thomas L.L.C.

All downloadable sales are non-refundable. The downloadable product(s) is/are an editorial intellectual product and it’s not salvageable once someone has access to the explicit copyright condition in order to qualify for a refund.
