What Is TEN Hair Care?
Ten Hair Care was founded by Master Barber David Thomas, who brought his love for hair and wellness together. Each of our formulas is handcrafted and made with ingredients from all organic sources, designed to replenish your hair and scalp with the natural nutrients it needs to remain healthy.
How Long Does It Take To Get My Package?
Our current delivery timeline is 7-10 days, which is reflected during checkout and in your order confirmation email. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation as soon as your handcrafted products are created and on the way.
Do You Offer Discounts?
Throughout the year, we run various campaigns, exclusive promos, and seasonal offers. Make sure you’re signed up for the Newsletter for all upcoming deals and promotions.
What Shipping Methods Are Available?
All orders ship via USPS and are typically delivered 3-5 days (M-F) after shipment.
Do You Ship Internationally?

How Do I Place An Order?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Paypal, & Apple Pay for payment methods. After the order is ready, you will receive emails regarding your order.
How Can I Cancel My Order?
We’re only able to cancel entire orders within 24 hours of purchase. Please contact us at orders@barberstylist.com You’ll need to provide your order number, your email address, and the reason for your order cancellation request.

Do You Accept Returns/Refunds?

I just received my elixir, how do I use it?
The first thing you should do is make sure you have a proper shampoo and conditioner routine. This looks different for everyone. Check this blog out for more details. Then apply as needed.
Why is it called “elixir”?
At TEN Hair Care we aim to be fully transparent of whats inside our products. We call it an “elixir” because of how versatile it is. It can be used for many things. Check out how we recommend using it HERE.
There's stuff floating in my Sea Salt Spray, What is it?
Our products contain high quality all natural and organic ingredients. We don’t use any synthetic oils, gums, fillers, or preservatives to hold ingredients together. So separation is normal. Just make sure you shake well before each use. Check out Year 3 for more information.
Whats the difference between a leave-in and hydrating spray?
Great question. Leave-in conditioners tend to have heavier ingredients which can but up over time. TEN’s hydrating spray uses natural moisturizing ingredients that are effective enough to use multiple days in a row without weighing down your hair
How often should I use my moisturizing pomade?
We suggest using directly after a shampoo and/or condition for easy application. So it really depends on your hair type and condition. Or use as needed. For more information, check out Year 5
Why does each product have a year?
TEN’s first formula was created on our founder’s 10th year in the hair industry. It was the beginning of a new way of living, combining hair experience with healthy living. So each year is a story on a timeline. Welcome to the journey.
